Johanna is the very best real estate agent in the Portland, OR area since she is very diligent and is always looking out for you the buyer. She knows exactly what to say and when to say it; she negotiated a huge drop in the sellers price which then allowed me to renovate my home with several needed improvements. She has excellent communication skills and knows how to save you time and money since she keeps her finger on the pulse of the city and real estate trends. Other agents are slow and archaic compared to her – she use modern tools like Docusign to speed up document review processes. Also, she always returned all of my calls and was always very responsive.
