Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Kenton neighborhood, Portland, OR 97217.

Ben helped me buy my first house. He came to me by recommendation and I have further recommended him to others. He sold a house for my father and offered great advice that we think increased the sale price.

Ben’s a pleasant person to be around and he’s not a phony. I don’t think I’ll ever use anyone else to buy or sell property.

If I were going to sum up why I like Ben in a few bullet points I would say:

1) He’s patient. I never felt rushed by Ben. He’ll take you to a dozen listings on a Saturday, if that’s what you want.

2) He’s honest and will let you know what he thinks of a property. He’s not going to say every place is great in the hopes that you’ll buy it and he’ll get his commission.

3) He’s a relationship builder, not a salesmen. Ben has a long-range view of how he views a client. He isn’t just trying to make a quick buck.

4) He know his stuff and will be a real resource to anyone looking for a home.

5) He’s not a snob. I’ve had personal experience with other realtors who are only interested in how much money you’ve got. Ben’s not like that and is willing to help anyone looking for a place.
