Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Kenton, Portland, OR.

We had several offers right away, but we chose a buyer who had complications regarding credit/finances. Ben had the insight appropriately problem solve the situation and offer key recommendations for the buyer that eventually facilitated the sale. Ben went above and beyond.
