Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Woodlawn neighborhood, Portland, OR 97211.

We absolutely enjoyed working with Johanna on finding our first home. From the beginning she has always been very quick to respond, hardworking, flexible, perseverant, and helpful. She was available to help at all hours and even while she was on vacation. Johanna understood our wants and needs and was very accommodating to our situation. We were relocating to Portland from Los Angeles, which is difficult because we weren’t able to see a lot of the homes first hand. She knew what we liked and our lifestyle needs, which made her the perfect ambassador in our absence. She was quick to know what things we would and would not like, and never attempted to push us towards anything that did not suit us. At times, we had about 5 different people in contact with Johanna and she was able to satisfy everyone’s questions, comments, and concerns extremely well and with patience; even answering the same questions multiple times to multiple people. She made sure that we were very well informed from the beginning of the process all the way until the for-sale sign was removed from the front of the property. We would most definitely recommend Johanna to anyone looking for a home in the Portland area. We will be recommending her to all of our friends and will be using her services in the future for any of our real estate needs.
